Besides higher efficiency, the machine strengthens quality control. Adopting standardized numerical-control operation, it precisely controls nailing position, force and depth. Problems including offset nails, loose fixation, uneven depth, missing or misplaced nails caused by manual work can be effectively eliminated. Each whiteboard achieves uniform nailing standards with firmer frame fixation and better flatness. It perfectly meets the requirement for butt-joint installation and improves finished-product qualification rate from the source.
