What is the thickness of your surface material?
We have two thickness material in stock, for different size whiteboard we use different thickness materials. For size below 90*120cm we use 0.15mm thickness material and for sizes above 90*150cm, we use 0.2mm thick surface material. And for the extra large size larger than 120*240cm, we will use 0.3mm material to ensure the high quality.
Can you accept LCL shipment?
Yes we can accept LCL shipment orders, in order to protect the shipment from damage, we will put them in pallets. Please note there is a minimum amount for the orders which is US$5000, if your order value is less than this amount, there will be $200 handling charge to cover the shipping cost to the port and also the local charges with the forwarder.
If my order is urgently needed, how soon can you finish and deliver our order?
Ohsung will do the best to meeting the delivery date of their customer. Normally our product lead time is 30 days, if your order is urgently needed, we can shorten it to 15 days.
